Administrative management of orders, invoices

Buy.it offers t its customers the chance to manage on its’ own all administrative aspects of on-line selling (invoices of orders on web by buy.it srl).

• Issuing selling invoices to be attached to delivery and in the same time sending to the customer an e-mail or an SMS to confirm the delivery start ;
• Payment by credit card by sure server of Banca Sella;
• Managment of collection by cash on delivery;
• Collecting credit note for withdrawal or return;
• Allowance for closing credit notes;
• Verifying unclaimed goods by courier and eventually free them or re-entered order
• Changing defective/missing products;
• Eventually controlling and verifying customs delivery note (needed for foreign selling in exemption from VAT).
